From a Local Sunday Bookshop to a Global Online Store
Christ Embassy Online Store Australia has a history that began in 2007, with a simple vision: to make Christian books, teaching materials, and resources available to the Christ Embassy community in Australia.
In 2007, we opened our first local bookstore, operating on Sundays to serve members of the church community. What began as a small local initiative grew over the years through the support and patronage of people who shared a passion for the Word of God and for Christian literature.
Building on Technology to Help You Build Your Faith
As technology transformed the way people shop and access information, we recognised an opportunity to serve our community in a new and more convenient way. In 2026, Christ Embassy Online Store Australia transitioned from a physical Sunday-only bookstore to a fully online store.
This transition was driven by a desire to make our resources more accessible, convenient and available to everyone.
Today, customers no longer need to wait for Sunday or travel to a physical location. Our online bookstore is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in Australia and around the world.
Our journey from a local Sunday bookstore in 2007 to an online store in 2026 represents more than a change in how we sell books. It reflects our continuing commitment to serving the community and extending access to Christian resources beyond geographical boundaries.
Looking to the Future
As we look ahead, our vision remains the same: to make books, teaching materials and other resources of the ministry of the Man of God, Rev. Chris Oyakhilomeh readily accessible to people wherever they are.
